Wonderful overnight stay. We love to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. Our room was huge! After a long day of travel, we slept like babies, not because we were so tired, but because we were so comfortable. Can't wait to see you again.

I always stay here when visiting Las Cruces. The staff and service are great. The rooms are always clean. Dropped the rating for rooms for this stay due to the bathroom. The shower door was hard to open and close. The toilet was clogged and didn't flush well. The front desk provided a plunger. I was able to fix the problem. The breakfast is great. Always hot and fresh. Waffle maker for the kiddos. Remodel is currently in the works. Sounds like the rooms are gonna be great.

Since I am a Hilton Honor Member it saddens me to write this review but feel people should be warned. I was moving from AZ to MI and stayed one night in the hotel. I went to my room and the digital key did not work so the guy at the front …

It's a decent hotel, rooms are ok, bathrooms need to be updated as they are old. They have an indoor swimming pool, but most times they are out of Swim towels. Guests would have to go to the front desk and ask for it to be refilled in the pool area. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for fresh swim towels to be refilled even after I informed the front desk. I was told they are in the dryer, but it never came out. Also, morning breakfast is served, but on our 2nd day of stay, they were out of Plates, Bread and Milk. We were told to use bowls to eat. They finally got it after guests started complaining just before the breakfast end time (10 AM) when almost all guests had left. These issues need to be managed better for them to live up to their "Hilton" brand-name.

Waited for digital key for hours. It came only after regular check in at front desk. No coffee for breakfast because machine broke. All other services standard for the Hampton Inn brand.
